What’s Happening for Houston Veterans This Week (Oct 19 - Oct 25)
Happy Monday, Civvie!
We're heading into the final stretch of October, and Houston's veteran community has a lot happening over the next few weeks!
This Wednesday, The Civvie Connect is back in Central Houston, bringing veterans together for another evening of conversation, camaraderie, and new connections.
Last week, we were down in League City, where familiar faces and first-time attendees came together for another great evening. Check out the group photo below!
Looking ahead, we'll wrap up October with The Civvie Connect in Katy, Veterans Beer Club, and the Veterans Business Marketplace at the Wings Over Houston Airshow.
And then comes November.
We already have more than a dozen veteran events on the calendar, including career fairs, resource expos, family activities, celebrations, and opportunities to support veteran-owned businesses.
Of course, we're especially excited about The Civvie Veterans Day Celebration on November 11 at Puttery, where we'll bring Houston veterans together for an evening of connection, shared stories, and the official launch of The Connected Veteran™.
There's a lot happening in our veteran community. Take a look at the calendar below, find something that interests you, and make plans to get connected.
