What’s Happening for Houston Veterans This Week (Oct 12 - Oct 18)
Happy Monday, Civvie!
We've got another great week ahead, with plenty of opportunities to connect across Houston's veteran community.
This Wednesday, The Civvie Connect heads back to League City for another evening of conversation, camaraderie, and new connections.
We had a great group of North Houston veterans last week in Spring, coming together to meet new people and catch up with familiar faces. Check out the group photo below! 🦅
There's more happening this week, too. Veterans Night returns to Tomball on Tuesday, followed by Painting for Vets in Webster and the Mighty Oaks Warrior Gala in The Woodlands on Saturday.
And with Veterans Day now less than a month away, November's calendar is filling up with celebrations, community events, and opportunities to honor those who served.
We're especially looking forward to The Civvie Veterans Day Celebration on November 11 at Puttery, where we'll bring all Houston veterans together for an evening built around connection, stories, and the official launch of The Connected Veteran™. If you haven't registered yet, now's a great time to save your spot.
Whether you're looking to meet fellow veterans, support a great cause, or celebrate Veterans Day with your community, take a look at the calendar and make plans to get involved.
